Free real-time math tutoring now available!

Grade 7 to 10 math students at Halton Catholic District School Board now have access to 20 hours a week of free, online math tutoring to help them improve and succeed in math. Check out HomeworkHelp.ilc.org where certified Ontario teachers are available Sunday to Thursday, 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., for one-on-one confidential help. HCDSB is one of 15 English-language boards taking part in this pilot project funded by the Ministry of Education.

A message from our Superintendent, Mrs. F. Mazzetti regarding activity fees...

The school activity fee is directed to the following:

  • School Yearbook (to reduce the cost and not require later printings)
  • Student Agenda
  • Graduation and Academic Awards
  • Guest Speakers for School Assemblies or Grade Assemblies
  • Attendance Magnet
  • Subsidize the cost of Transportation for field trips and sports teams
  • Pool and Arena Rentals
  • Supporting Co-curricular activities

 

Update on the SIS system:

SIS Information System: When you access your information on this system, please check to see that all personal information on the screen is accurate. If there are inaccuracies, please inform your Guidance Counsellor. Information on this system includes a mark history, current timetable and attendance for each course on your current timetable along with some personal information. Should you not wish to have this service available to you, please contact your school principal. Once a student/parent has opted out of this service, the student may be re-instated only by a request in writing to the principal.
